I’m Pamela — co-owner, trainer, and community hype woman here at PIKE Evolution. My biggest passion is teaching and creating a space where people feel strong, seen, and supported. Nothing lights me up more than watching someone realize what they’re capable of.
I’m all about growth — in movement, mindset, and community. Whether I’m coaching a class, connecting with someone one-on-one, or cheering you on mid-mega plank, I’m here to help you level up and have a damn good time doing it.
Outside the studio, I recharge in nature — especially the mountains. Hiking, dancing, or hanging with my two sweet cats are my go-tos for joy and grounding.
PIKE isn’t just a gym to me — it’s a place where people come together, feel at home, and grow into the best version of themselves. I’m so grateful to be part of that journey.

Haley Woodard

What’s up! I’m Haley— a high-intensity trainer with a high-energy attitude. As a former soccer player at Oklahoma State, I am all about a challenge! My classes are precise and empowering, with an emphasis on building mental strength.
I grew up in Norman but ditched the red for orange and black to play for OSU (GO POKES)! While there, I earned honors as a Big 12 Champion, the Big 12 Offensive Player of the Year, and as an All-American. Like I said, I love a challenge.
Since retiring from soccer, I’ve had 3 meniscus repairs on the same knee, making it difficult to run or workout without pain. When I heard that Lagree was low impact, but still high intensity, I was SOLD! I’ve finally been able to enjoy pain-free exercise, while simultaneously seeing huge improvements in my body, mobility, and strength. Lagree is about intentionality at its core, and that’s exactly what you’ll experience in my class.
When I’m not on a Mega, I’m running Woodard Landscapes + Design with my husband Logan— it’s a family business. Outside of this, I love all things social, spending time with our dog Reese, or flying off to the next sporting event adventure!
Since becoming an instructor, I’ve made countless friendships, pushed myself past earlier limits, and have seen clients change in a way they did not realize was possible. My goal is to educate you on the Lagree Method and challenge you in every. single. class. I hope you leave PIKE feeling not just physically stronger, but mentally too, empowered to overcome whatever life throws at you.

Hi, I'm Melody! I discovered Lagree Fitness in 2019 while living in Phoenix, Arizona, and it quickly became my fitness obsession. The versatility and challenge of each workout had me hooked – even now, I still leave every class sore (in the best way), which says everything about how effective it is.
Since moving to Oklahoma City in 2023, I’ve been proud to call PIKE Evolution home. I bring my energy, passion, and commitment to every class I teach, and I absolutely love being part of others’ journeys to feel strong, empowered, and connected to their bodies.
To me, Lagree isn’t just a workout – it’s a form of self-care. I keep classes fresh and fun while always emphasizing proper form, mindfulness, and that signature shake!

Hi, I’m Charli! Born and raised in OKC but have done my fair share of van-life-traveling around the states. I love hiking, camping, and all the things. I have always had a passion for movement and wellness and fell in love when I found Pilates a few years back… and then deeper in LOVE when I found Lagree!!! I find it so important to move your body in a way that strengthens both body and mind, and also, just to enjoy your workout! I can’t wait to meet you all and help guide you on your journeys to feeling stronger, loving yourselves in your skin and loving LAGREE!!!

Kaycie is a wild card that will truly surprise you! She will draw you in with her radiant and calming presence, yet kick your booty with her workout sequences and chaotic playlists. She strives off good music, especially a song with a strong beat. She might even grace you with her wild dance moves or cheesy jokes. Lovingly nicknamed “Queso” by her closest friends, she serves up both the cheese and the spice you need in your life. She firmly believes in the power of a supportive and inclusive community and strives to create that in her classes at PIKE Fitness Studio. Kaycie herself is currently rehabilitating her body back from a major full body accident and has a great understanding of the restorative benefits of a high intensity, low impact workout such as Lagree. Learning to honor her body and her mind, she knows when to push through in a work out and when to accept the capabilities of today. She loves to motivate each client during class to truly test both their mental and physical endurance and to leave class feeling like they are equipped to handle all that life throws their way!

I was born and raised in Israel and moved to Fort Worth, Texas, and then to OKC in 2019. So far, really liking it in OKC with the big town - small city vibes.
I’ve always been passionate about fitness and sports from a very young age. I played soccer through growing up, and picked up football and basketball on the way. I started going to gyms when I was 17 to keep my health and athleticism at a high standard.
There was a pivot in my workouts when I started taking kickboxing classes and became really enjoyed the group setting that is not necessarily competitive like sports. I became and instructor in 2018 for kickboxing and still teaching today.
Lagree was a great reality check for me. When I was taking classes and our training, muscles groups that I didn’t know existed were working out for the first time. In addition, the workout was not hard on my joints, my muscles were not as tight as weight lifting or running, and started seeing changes in my mobility very quickly.
I’m looking forward to have other members experience this workout and improve their health and physical abilities through Lagree. A little cheesy here, but it was a game changer for me.

Hi, I’m Lauren! I’m from San Diego, California! I have a bachelor's degree in Neurobiology from UCI and I am currently in medical school at OU! I fell in love with Lagree because it combined my passions for fitness, community, and anatomy.
I'm a unique trainer because of my background in biology and medicine, so my goal is to educate and get everyone in the room to create a mind-body connection. Get ready to shake!!
In my free time, you can find me in the studio, writing music, studying, and spending time with my family and friends.

Wife, mom of three, and proud OKC native. I found my love for group fitness in 2021 and never looked back! I fell in love with the energy, the community, and the feeling of showing up with people chasing the same goal. I started at PIKE before the official opening and immediately told everyone I could about it!
For me, exercise is more than just a workout — it’s the reset that quiets the chaos of life with three busy kids and leaves me feeling strong, grounded, proud and empowered. I always want to show my family that showing up for yourself is the first step to showing up for anyone else. My classes bring the perfect mix of fun, motivation, and “we’ve got this” energy that makes every workout something to look forward to!

Hi, I’m Courtney! I discovered Lagree two years ago when a friend invited me to a class. She knew I’d love it because she knows how much I like challenging myself, and I found out quickly; Lagree is HARD! At this point I’d been in the gym pretty consistently for 2 years but girl was I humbled😂. Even though I was sore for a few days, I couldn’t wait to come back… once my legs started working again lol
Fast forward, I decided to lean into my passion for fitness and now I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, and Level 1 Lagree Instructor.
I am all in when it comes to anything fitness, nutrition, recovery, and growth related! I love helping people feel strong, safe, and confident and I can’t wait to lead you on the mic for all the spicy moves! My goal is to make sure that everyone knows those legs are Lagree Built Legs✨

Hi, I’m Timmie! I was born and raised in Edmond and I’m currently earning my Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. I fell in love with Lagree for its mix of community, challenge, and the instant strength I feel after every class.
As both a future Speech-Language Pathologist and Lagree instructor, I’m all about connection — between mind and body, breath and movement, and community and growth. My classes are high-energy, form-focused, and always driven by a killer playlist that keeps you pushing through every shake and slow count. You’ll leave feeling grounded, powerful, and proud.
When I’m not in the studio, I’m usually chasing the perfect iced coffee or finding new gluten-free spots around OKC.

I started coming to PIKE almost 2 years ago when a friend invited me to try out something we both had never heard of, Lagree. I have tried a variety of different workouts & studios through out my 20’s & needed something that allowed me to honor myself & provide me with a challenge in the same breath. The moment I stepped into the door at PIKE, I felt immediately welcomed, supported, and the energy was something I had never experienced. After about 5 or so classes and a whole lot of shakes and mental “don’t quits,” I had not only seen a change in my physical strength, but my mental strength as well. PIKE has brought such a community into my life, every single human I have met at PIKE has welcomed me with open arms and have continued to be an impactful part of my life inside & outside of the studio.
As a pediatric nurse practitioner, my job demands a lot of me, I wanted to do something for myself that allowed me to have a mental break from that, but also that I enjoyed thoroughly. When the chance to become a trainer came about, I knew it was a no brainer that this was my next venture. I love every aspect of Lagree and how it brings together a community of like minded humans who are there to honor their bodies and take time for themselves despite the busy world demands, Lagree is that moment of slowing down. One thing about me is I am going to be a hype woman for everyone around me, seeing people succeed and cheering them on is one of life’s gifts. As a Lagree instructor I want to make sure safety is maintained, challenges are given, and you feel encouraged the whole way!

Hi, I’m Gabi! I’m a licensed physical therapist and Level 1 lagree trainer who fell in love with Lagree in 2024, and it completely reignited my love for fitness. I’m fascinated by the capabilities of the human body, and Lagree challenged me to explore strength, control, and resilience in entirely new ways.
With a background in physical therapy, I focus on the relationship between how you move, how you think, and how you feel. My classes are fast-paced, challenging, and detail-driven, designed to push you both mentally and physically while keeping every movement intentional. Expect controlled burns, deep shakes, and good vibes that keep you locked in from start to finish.
Lagree is more than just a workout to me - it’s a way to build strength, confidence, and mental grit. My goal is for you to leave class feeling accomplished, energized, and proud of what your body can do.
When I’m not on the Mega, I’m probably hangin gout with my dog Bugs, spending time with friends and family, or exploring local spots around the city.
